Ep. 15: '911 PSA'
Pure silliness.
I'd been listening to a lot of That Mitchell & Webb Sound - a great BBC Radio sketch show starring the always brilliant David Mitchell and Robert Webb - and I'm sure some of their random, goofy, unapologetically dopey (and clever and hilarious) skits influenced me here.
I felt especially lucky to have an actor in Michael that could pull this off. To make the word soup of that second paragraph play like a genuine announcement rather than sounding like someone with marbles in their mouth is no easy feat.
Try it for yourself. Out loud.
Go ahead, I'll wait.
There. See? Toldja. Not as easy as it looks. But he absolutely nailed it.
Should anyone suffering from Dyslexia feel I was making fun of them, I assure you that was not my intent, and I apologize.
Or, to be clearer:
Suffering anyone should Dyslexia from fun making feel was I them of, you assure I intent my not was that, I apologize and.
